Founder & Owner
I started this organization because I believe in Black women’s incredible power, resilience, and brilliance. In a world where our voices can often be overlooked, I wanted to create a space where we could uplift, support, and amplify one another. Our sister circle! This platform is not just about networking, it’s about building a community that encourages growth, celebrates our diverse experiences, and empowers us to be unapologetically ourselves.
I hope to create a legacy of connection, opportunity, and shared success through this network. We are stronger together, and when Black women unite, magic happens. Let’s continue to inspire and support one another as we rise to new heights.
Together, we will change the narrative.

Her.story
Where it all began
Started as a vision...
I started the BLKGRL NETWRK to create a space where Black women could connect, empower one another, and thrive personally and professionally. As a Black woman navigating various spaces, I recognized the need for a supportive community that celebrates our unique experiences, challenges, and strengths. The network was born out of a desire to amplify our voices, foster mentorship, and provide resources that help us grow and succeed. I wanted to build a platform that connects us and uplifts and inspires, creating a sense of belonging where every Black woman can feel seen, heard, and valued.
Turned into Reality...
Since its inception, the BLKGRL NETWRK has grown exponentially, evolving into a vibrant and dynamic community that empowers, supports, and uplifts Black women across various industries. What started as a small idea has now become a platform offering valuable resources, mentorship opportunities, and a sense of sisterhood. Through engaging events, impactful collaborations, and a commitment to providing meaningful connections, the network has fostered professional growth, personal development, and a strong sense of unity among its members. Today, Black Girl Network stands as a testament to the strength, resilience, and ambition of Black women, continually expanding its reach and impact.
